History direct people

In 2005, direct people in eindhoven started with the temporary staffing and secondment of its first employees. Since then, the number of clients and temps has grown considerably and we are now one of the largest staffing agencies in the eindhoven region. Because of our regional operation, findability and transparent way of working, we are able to bind temporary employees for a longer period of time.

Who we are

Direct People specialises in the mediation of Dutch and European staff. With more than 15 years of experience in labour mediation, we offer customised solutions for logistics, technology and production.

Our services

Temporary employment and secondment is the provision of labour under the supervision and management of the client. This takes place on a flexible basis against a previously agreed conversion factor. The number of hours per week is flexible, as is the duration of the work. You only pay for the hours worked at the agreed hourly rate.

In house

Direct People offers this extra service to our large hirers. Our account manager then works at your location for a number of days.

Training

In consultation with our clients, direct people offers training opportunities for employees. If required, we can offer customer-specific training in cooperation with a recognised training institute.
