Our customer in Helmond specializes in manufacturing metal and aluminium parts for cars. Operating casting machines and ensuring that the quality and quantity of the products are in order with work and inspection instructions.

The miling, turning, processing, washing and checking activities are carried out within the finishing department.

Independently perform product checks according to inspection instructions.
Manual editing of products.
Identify, register and handle deviations from products in accordance with inspection instructions and/or work instructions.
Registering/labeling of finished product, leftover batches and possible rejection in accordance with work instruction. 
Use of correct packaging/packaging in accordance with work intstructions.
All other activities that occur within the Post-processing department.

When carrying out the work, the post processing operator must comply with the rules in the field of the environment, working conditions and safety.
This includes wearing personal protective equipment, identifying and reporting unsafe situations and observing (work) instructions, as well as complying with the regulations in the house rules.

You have an LBO+ work and thinking level;
You have some technical knowledge;
You have knowledge of the quality system inspection, instructions and work instructions; 
You have a pro-active attitude;
You can communicate in Dutch, English or German;
You have experience as a machine operator;

Full-time job of 37,5 hours a week;
Starting salary of at least € 12,99 per hour;
Working in 3 shifts (6am to 2pm and from 2pm to 10pm and from 10pm till 6 am) ;
Shift allowance of 13.30%;
