Warehouse employee – Venray

What are you going to do?

You will work as a production employee in the warehouse. Because in the beginning of 2021 all activities will be moved from Venray to Helmond, a team is currently preparing everything for the move. For this purpose we are looking for a warehouse employee who is busy measuring and weighing goods. In addition, the products need to be split up on plastic, cardboard, product, etc. This work needs to be done very accurately and you need to be able to work independently. This is a project of at least 6-8 weeks, but when functioning properly, we look at what possibilities there are to continue to grow. Working as a warehouse employee is a responsible job, but never at the expense of safety!

Who are you?

You are motivated to work hard, are precise and like to work independently. In addition, you want to develop yourself within the company and you find it important to work together collegially.

Does this describe you and do you meet the following conditions?

• Fulltime available in daytime shift
• Dutch and/or English speaking
• When you are transferred to another function after the project, you have to work in 2 shifts (05.45-14.45 and 15.15-00.15).
• No vacations planned until 31-01-2021

What can you expect?

A temporary job where, if you function well, you can stay for a longer period of time and move on to another job. Within the company there are always opportunities to grow or obtain a diploma. Last year a number of employees even graduated in Logistics Assistant level 2. Development is very important to us. So would you like to learn how to drive a reach truck? What does the company offer you?

• A salary of € 11,13 per hour. With an irregularity surcharge of 125% after 18.00 hours and 150% after 20.00 hours.
• Travel allowance from 10 km.
• In addition to your salary you will receive a quarterly bonus, this bonus depends on the quality delivered by your team.
• Be part of a collegial team. You will join the company outing and you can also become a member of the Personnel Association.

What can you expect from us before you start?

When you come to work through Direct People, you will build up over 10% of your salary, next to your agreed hourly wage, for vacation hours that you can take in consultation with Schneider Electric. Besides that, you are entitled to 8% vacation allowance and you will receive a vacation allowance in accordance with the CLA. After 26 weeks you will be included in the pension scheme.
